Large Diameter Transport Hose shall be made from 100 percent high tenacity synthetic polyester yarn, circularly woven and completely protected by a through-the-weave extruded PVC/Nitrile rubber, forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type. Large Diameter Transport Hose features a thin rib construction to aid abrasion resistance.
Synthetic woven liner of high tenacity synthetic yarn totally protected and encapsulated in an extruded through the weave nitrile/PVC tube. The special nitrile‐PVC elastomer has increased resistance to Ozone and Abrasion.
Polyester filament woven layer, the inner and outer layers are made of NBR/PVC/RUBBER/ETC. by co extrusion. It has excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, excellent wear resistance, aging resistance and ultraviolet resistance. Easy to clean and repair.
Features: large diameter, fast conveying speed, small size, light weight, convenient connection, quick retraction and release compared with metal tubes. It is widely used in the transportation of petrochemical products such as oil fields and chemical plants, such as oil and water supply for ships and ships, as well as fire protection, agriculture, industry and mining.
